After retiring from military service and spending a decade in demanding technical sales and service roles, he's now passionately pursuing his true calling: empowering men over 40 to reclaim their fitness, strength, and vitality.
Philosophy/Approach: Drew's coaching philosophy centers on empowering men to achieve holistic personal growth. By focusing on key elements, clients not only improve their overall health but also build immense mental and physical strength, foster a profound sense of well-being, and boost their confidence. He is dedicated to teaching men what truly works to effectively gain lean muscle, shed stubborn fat, and ultimately look and feel their absolute best through sustainable, science-backed methods.
Credentials & Experience: Drew's deep understanding of fitness is rooted in his personal journey as a former Division I athlete, with extensive training experience in both competitive weightlifting and running.
